No-Fault Billing and Collections for New York Providers
If you would rather not run no-fault billing in-house or through a separate billing service, we can handle your billing and collections together, in one working relationship. We submit your no-fault bills and pursue the claims that insurers deny, delay or underpay, through arbitration and court.
Billing is offered only together with collections; we do not offer billing alone. If you want to keep your current biller, see collections with your existing biller.

What we handle
- Billing. We submit your no-fault bills to the insurers.
- Collections. We pursue the claims that insurers deny, delay or underpay, through arbitration, court and appeals, as described on No-Fault Collections.
- Older claims. Older unpaid claims and write-offs are welcome within the applicable time limits; the review looks at whether each can still be pursued.
Billing is part of the same engagement with the firm as collections, and is supervised by the managing attorney like all of our billing and collection work.
Getting set up
It starts with a free review of your practice and your unpaid claims. We then agree on the services, the fees and how billing information and records will reach us, to suit your practice’s volume and workflow: by email, through the secure client portal, by Dropbox or by another method we agree on. If another billing service handles your no-fault billing today, we agree with you how and when billing moves to us.
The steps are described in more detail on How We Work.
Supervision and reporting
- A dedicated point of contact. Each client has a dedicated point of contact for questions about its billing and claims.
- Attorney supervision. All billing and collection work is supervised by the managing attorney.
- Reporting. Arranged around what your practice needs: the client portal, monthly reports, spreadsheets and ad-hoc reports.
Fees
Fees depend on the services your practice needs and are discussed and agreed upfront. The claims review is free. There is no minimum claim size or backlog.
Questions
Do you offer billing alone?
No. Billing is offered only together with collections.
Can we keep our biller and use you for collections only?
Yes. See collections with your existing biller.
How do we send billing information and records?
We arrange the transfer around your volume and process: by email, through the secure client portal, by Dropbox or by another method we agree on. Please do not send patient information through the contact form; we will arrange a practical way to transfer records after we talk.
What happens after we request a review?
We typically respond within one business day and arrange how to get the information needed for the assessment.
